Your name, phone number, and profile picture. If you use Social Login such as Google, Facebook, or Apple, we collect basic profile details provided by those platforms.
Family & Demographic Data
While setting up events or adding family members, we collect your gender, date of birth, marital status, and details about your family members, including spouse, children, and parents. This may include their names, dates of birth, genders, and photos.
Event & Wishlist Data
Information regarding the events you create, invitee lists, wishlist items, and group pooling contributions.
Financial & Address Data
Bank details and address information necessary to manage contribution pools and process transactions.
Device Data
Basic device information and log data used to improve app performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account via OTP verification.
To accurately map your family profile and connections, including enforcing the 18-year age gap validation between users and parents.
To facilitate event creation, send invitations, and deliver notifications such as reminders, chat alerts, and pooling requests.
To process wishlist purchases and manage pool contributions.
3. Information Sharing
Other Users
Events and family profiles you create will be visible to your invitees and connections based on your permission settings. Pool contributors will see the pool’s progress and its members.
Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with trusted third-party partners, such as email service providers and SMS providers, strictly for processing transactions and delivering OTPs.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and family data.
You retain the right to delete your account at any time using the “Close Account” feature within the app.
Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our servers, except where retention is legally required.

5. Children’s Privacy & Dependent Data
When a user inputs information regarding minors, such as children’s names and birthdates, into their family profile, the user represents and warrants that they are the legal parent or guardian of that minor and explicitly consents to the collection and storage of this data for the purpose of family mapping and event management.
